You know those moments when you feel most powerful? Most focused? Most certain of where you are going and why? Don’t you just love those moments?
I have been wanting to do a 10-month group coaching program for Bold Visionary Women Leaders who are in transition even if perhaps they are frightened, uncertain, or confused about exactly what that looks like or how to get there – or most importantly – who they need to be when it happens…
I have presented my vision to friends, accountability partners, and others yet this week when speaking to a dear friend she said: “You love working with bad-ass, powerful women leaders who love and need your motto to ‘hold their heart while you kick their ass.’ They feel safe yet challenged and alive.”
She knows me well and knows I work with all kinds of leaders, male and female, yet when I am most jazzed it is because someone took that risk, made that call, increased their price etc. They “went for it”. And as a result, they succeeded. That does touch my heart and my soul. I want this group to have a max of 12 of those women, and I am absolutely so clear about it. Now, I can promote it with full presence and joy.
What is it you are being called to? What clarity do you need to have it touch your passion? Your knowing? Your certainly that it is what is next on your agenda? Are you allowing yourself to see it? Are you frightened of the you that will need to evolve to bring it all into fruition? Go for it!!!
Learn to feel in your body when something is calling you forward. Learn to recognize that desire, that cellular knowing that a change, a growth, a step, is ready for you to take. Take it!
The hesitancy only allows you to stay stuck, to stay immobile and to play it safe. Sometimes the shift is simply looking at something differently. Sometimes it is making it so much larger than you ever allowed yourself to dream – because you know it’s time, but you want to “prepare” which is frequently just a stalling tactic. Do prepare but not so much you need it to be perfect before you take a step. Learn as you go. It can be so much more fun that way.
My prayer for you this week is that you look at what calls you – An art class? A trip? A new career? Completely reorganizing your home? Your furniture? Your life??? Sit in the energy of it and see what happens. Drop me a line. I’d love to know.
