Have you ever had one of those days where, all of a sudden, something you have been wanting for so long finally came into fruition? Then, as if miraculously, so many other things in your life started to click as well? Clearly, the dominoes theory was working in your favor. Well, that is happening for me now…

I find it so funny that we can easily play “victim” when things aren’t working in our favor no matter how hard we think we are trying – but in the reverse – what happens for you – do you fully claim it, when everything IS working in your favor?  Is it as if you had nothing to do with it not working yet somehow have everything to do with it when it is working?

Or do you recognize that somehow a shift within you has taken place? Or perhaps, outside pieces needed to fall into place and that down time was your period to prepare, ground, and become far clearer as to who you are and where you are going.

I don’t believe in coincidences so when nothing seems to be working my questions are:

  • Am I getting in my own way?
  • Is there something I need to learn that I haven’t seen yet?
  • Is the world really against me or is this simply a period in which I am meant to grow, learn, and shift?

When things suddenly seem to be shifting in my favor, my questions are:

  • What shifted in me?
  • What realization did I just get that I had been missing?
  • Did I finally get out of my own way and now see the world, and myself, differently?

Physics, energetic vibrations, and spiritual realities all come together as we continue to grow and move forward. Our thoughts, our beliefs, and our willingness to keep growing, changing and shifting, makes so much more possible.

If your life isn’t exactly where you want it, change the energy. Change your vibration by only living in the positive. An avid news person, I now watch about 15 minutes a day. The chosen insanity of our politics at this point doesn’t support my heart or my soul. Fifteen minutes allows me to see what is happening without getting sucked into the drama and trauma.

What do you need to be in flow?

What, if anything, do you need to give up?

Where and how do you block yourself? (Don’t get lost in justifications, explanations, etc.etc.etc.   Just answer the simple question.)

What stories have you made up that keep you in the “I wish” place rather than the “I can and will” place?

Go for it.

There are no limits solely because you are unlimited – unless of course, you believe you are….
