Each week as I prepare these newsletters, I have one defined thought or idea that inspired me the past week and that I then want to share with you. This week I had that one thing ready to go when I had a Zoom meeting with a woman who was sent as a gift from God to remind of so many things I had forgotten….

We began innocently enough until we started talking about the ways in which we can so quickly forget the wisdom we once had at our fingertips.

She has asked me what feeds my soul, what called my energy to thrive, to feel light and become alive. Putting it plainly, she called me to look at when it was that I absolutely knew exactly why I was here on this planet. My mind flew back to those moments, during the first sessions I had with each new psychotherapy patient. My first question, after the standard introductory comments was always “Let’s start from the beginning, who has given you the right to exist?”

Inevitably tears plus surprise, or even shock, were the response. Sadly, no one had even thought about that before. They had been too busy just getting through their lives, surviving, nicely sometimes but nonetheless still surviving. Even sadder, was that so many never have had the right to exist, thus it was the main reason they were in my office…. Only at that moment of realization were we really ready to begin our work together.

We are all divinely human. We are, each of us, a reflection of Spirit, of the Divine. It is from that place that our purpose, our passion, and our authentic, transparent leadership and power radiates out to the world. That is the essence of who we are and who we are meant to be.

In addition, as humans walking a human planet, every one of us has wounds, defenses, masks we wear at times, personas we put on at times, and beliefs that come from fear, anger and illusions of being powerless or a victim in this life. Every one of those features exist because of the stories we tell ourselves. What if everything in our lives happened For Us not To Us? What if this journey was a spiritual adventure where we get to remember all of who we are and, in the process, make this world a better place?

What if our health, spiritually, emotionally, and physically was in our hands? Can you imagine the right to exist fully, healthily, and radiantly? The fact is, you’ve got it so now claim that right and GO FOR IT fully, passionately, healthily, and radiantly!!!!!

In response to my friend, my beloved associate’s question, my soul is fed in reminding others that this is a spiritual journey, and only in radiating our Divinity and all that that entails and discovering the Divinity in others will we get to have that level of peace, joy, and ease (rather than dis-ease) that brings the multidimensional health we all deserve and are called to.

It’s going to be a busy week…
