Achieving Freedom

Since coming back from the National Speakers Association’s Annual Conference I have spent considerable time looking at where I want to go with my life, in detail.  In doing so, I could see, with the increased clarity I gained at the conference, that although I have worked quite hard this past year to make things happen, and I have come far, in so many ways I have been running in circles as well. It is quite something when you can take the time to stop so as to look at your life and yourself, with this increased clarity, that the things you see you now you realize were always there yet for whatever reason, they could not be seen. For myself, it was then that I had the absolute defined moment when I knew I needed to hire someone to help me get the clarity I had been missing – to get the objectivity I couldn’t achieve on my own –  and so that she or he could begin to think far out-of-the-box for me so that I could then pick up the ball and run with it.

Haven’t you had the experience of running as fast as you can, following every opportunity that seems to be in your path and yet simultaneously you feel as if you are going nowhere near your dream and your vision?  I have discovered that it is because in those instances, your vision isn’t as clear as it needs to be, your focus, clarity and devotion, aren’t as fine-tuned as they need to be, and consequently that almost-clear, almost-defined energy is only almost-there. Simply by stepping out of your limited view and jumping of the cliff in to that scary yet exhilarating move  – whether for a few sessions or a year-long program – by hiring someone to help, you rediscover those parts of you that are missing or not fully defined. You can gain the gift of immediately discovering that the energy you are putting out has already changed, the energy level in your life has changed, even your ability to see things clearly changed almost immediately because somehow you have said to the planet, the universe, God, whatever your belief, that I am ready and my actions are now proving it. From there, the rest is detail, and the exciting, scary gift of growth, professionally, personally, spiritually, emotionally, and intellectually begins to occur. Without judgment at where you have been and openness to where you are going, you are free.
