After decades of working as an expert in educational development for special needs children K through college, Mary was tired of struggling to make the money she knew she was worth. Feeling that she had struggled through much of her career simply to achieve mid-level success, she had finally become resentful and tired of the struggle while watching so many others, in various professions, seem to succeed so easily. Consequently, she joined my 10-month coaching program for women in transition, knowing something was needed.

Struggle, for most, is very much a mindset based on early childhood experiences. Her current life was wonderfully flowing with two kids through college, bike trips throughout the country, great health, an overload of clients, and a beautiful home. However, an attachment to struggle, as with so many negative beliefs, causes anyone to look at all of life as a struggle regardless of the physical reality. Moving forward is sabotaged because of the attachment to a self-defeating belief.

A few months in, Mary had opened to hearing occasional options for additional streams of income which meant giving up the lifestyle and mindset of struggle. Nonetheless, it was only after a few rejections to options, that she was ready to see all that was available to her. Her expertise had developed tools that brought depth and expansion to her work. The possibility of training a select few to use her tools, who would be working for her as assistants, provided the opportunity to expand her reach & create a second source of income.

As happens when we open to opportunities, her ability was recognized by a far larger audience, and she has begun to work as a consultant (a third stream) on opposite sides of the country.

Finally, a fourth stream of income, with a potential of 7 figures, is now in process, and she has hired an expert in that industry to help her do all the back room technical work required. Not only can she give up struggle, but she also can recognize she doesn’t need to do it alone.

Mindset is crucial in having the ability to achieve all that you can dream of. Her expertise is vast, so knowledge of her industry was never the question. Only the willingness to expand her perspective, open to wild dreams, and accept a life that may require organization and focused work but never struggle was needed.

What mindsets get in your way? What beliefs about life and specifically about your abilities hold you back? The world, the universe, the Spirit, whatever your beliefs, is always ready to support your success and your ability to live this life rather than survive it. What is required is your willingness to let go, to believe in you and in the process, and trust that if your soul gives you a dream it also gives you the ability to achieve it.

If what you need is that hand to “hold your heart and kick your ass” feel free to call. Another 10-month program will begin, and you could be one of those women who flies into the life that is waiting for you.
