Following Your Dreams

By November 29, 2017April 2nd, 2018Articles, Events

When I teach or guide others in following their dreams I am so aware that to be authentic I must be doing the same thing.  One of my dreams for decades has been to guide people in realizing that in living their passion and living their dreams, they are also selecting to live a health-based life and with full-bodied success.

I am sure you have seen the connection. Haven’t you noticed that when you are lovingly, passionately involved in something you have never felt better?  There is a lightness, a flow, a great sense of well-being. You also discover that you can accomplish far more than you thought possible in a defined period of time. Everything flows easily and even if a minor difficulty arises it is only a short-lived inconvenience never taking you from achieving your goal.

If you haven’t been living your passion or your dreams lately, or experiencing that sense of flow in your own body, take some time to look at what is happening for you. Where and when did you lost touch with what feeds you? What do you need to do to get it back?  Every aspect of your life deserves that flow, that joy, and that sense of life running through your body energizing you either to continue on with a dream you may have lost touch with or to prepare you for the next adventure, the next dream.

I am following one of my mine and offering a weekend of healing for those who are led to discover or rediscover their own body connection or  to learn how to work more fully with the energy flows in the bodies of others. This isn’t just for energy workers but also for those who want to learn more about how the energies in your body work. For me, this is a fun weekend of sharing a level of self-awareness most have little knowledge of. I get to teach,  guide and expand an understanding of the world that lies within us.

Whatever you do with your week, enjoy it and bring more of you into it so you get to experience the best of who you are.
