Seize the Dream for Professional Women! is a 6-week virtual coaching program for those serious about moving forward – getting unstuck and claiming their passion – to live their life at the next level. It will walk you through the process of achieving your dreams, both personal and professional since achieving one dream feeds the other. A successful professional dream enables personal dreams and personal dreams gives confidence and life to your professional dreams. It is a full circle.

To be so transformative, this program is not just listening and learning, it’s all about ACTION! By fully participating and applying yourself, you will complete a dream, or make a major step forward toward a big dream, by the end of the 6 weeks with techniques you can use for years. 

COMBINING FOCUS AND INTENT WITH TECHNIQUE IS POWERFUL

It doesn’t matter what your dream is:

  • landing your dream job or beginning a whole new career
  • taking a trip around the world
  • starting a business
  • buying a home
  • achieving a certain level of wealth
  • writing a book
  • losing weight and achieving ideal health and wellness

You will start working on your dream before Day 1 through the call however what we will cover in more depth each week is below:

  • Identifying and selecting which dream(s) to work on
  • Defining the dream in terms of specific goals and results
  • Mapping out the action steps and taking action on a daily and weekly basis
  • Breaking through dream blocks, fear, resistance, and other obstacles that have gotten in the way
  • Getting feedback and support to keep inspired, moving, and on track
  • Celebrating your accomplishments along the way
  • Helping see your dream through to accomplishment
  • Looking at the next dream to be accomplished

Program Format:

  • A LIVE virtual call with Dr. Dorothy each week – listen from the comfort of home
  • Audios, hand-outs, and other materials and tools to guide you through the program
