As a psychotherapist, I have been in the medical community since 1983. In 1985 I became committed to alternative medicine, later renamed to complimentary health care, and then called integrative health care, regardless of the term used the theories and approach to health care in this approach are based on values I honor immensely.
Last week I completed my first half marathon knowing that exercise as well as diet and meditation are imperative elements if we are to have the best health plan possible.
