Going Forward

In every career there comes a time when changes are needed, either to move on or to raise the level of your commitment and focus.  If you have been doing exactly the same thing in exactly the same way for a decade or decades where is your passion?  Have you managed to feed it as you went along or have you allowed it to fade and/or disappear? If it has done the latter you owe it to yourself to reassess and make some changes. It doesn’t necessarily mean change careers, although it might, it may also simply mean it is time to reinvent yourself or how you approach your work.

For myself I am now moving much further into mentoring those who are successful already as thought leaders but who are feeling called to become influential change makers. It is a shift and yet one that allows them to become more of who they are meant to be, more of who they are ready to be.  My practice has been going that way and if you notice your work you will discover that even without our input we continue to grow and change and either we change our external world to keep up or we become frustrated and pay an emotional and spiritual price. The cost of staying stuck in safety is high.

Take a risk, go to the next level, whatever that is.  My mind, emotions, body and soul will love you for it.
