Ever Growing & Changing

By March 7, 2018April 2nd, 2018Articles, Uncategorized

Have you noticed that your investment in your business, whether in terms of money or time-allotment goes through stages?  I’m not talking about time spent, we can do that easily, but time actually used productively, creatively, and with purpose?

I mentioned to someone the other day that for the last 6 or so years I may have attended one seminar a year. This year however, I will have attended at least six seminars by the 1st of December! What happened?

As I see it, I outgrew where I was professionally and personally and when I realized I was done, I was done.  I wanted more growth, more business expertise, more freedom, more creativity, and more ability to work with others to help me come alive more fully. As a result, I needed to break free. I have even changed the networking groups I am willing to spend time with. My time is precious, and I only want to spend it with those I can help or who can help me become the best version of myself.

What do you do when you are ready to fly? What do you do when you realize you have outgrown your old way of being? Of Working? Of living? For me, I jump in…

Do yourself a favor, look at your life, your work, and your relationship with yourself. What can you see? What needs to change? What needs to be upgraded? What needs to be dropped? If we want something different, if we want more, we need to be different and do different and we need to be more of ourselves in order to make it happen.

I think it is an exciting time when change moves in and kicks the old out. Albeit scary, yet exciting.

Are you following your inclination or holding onto the past and the way you have “always” done things. Telling yourself that “someday” you will take the time. Life is too short for stagnation. It is too short to not move when you have the inclination.

Make things happen. Reassess.

Where are you? Where do you want to be? What are you ready for? What do you need to unload so you can move into the next stage without being weighted down? What’s up for you next? Are you getting ready?

With Love,
