I had an amazing conversation recently with a friend and business associate who I absolutely admire so immensely. She was saying that “It is clear that your audiences are not those who need to be convinced about the value and impact of personal growth on their business, it’s those folks who know they have no option but to grow. They could never be stagnant or they would die.” It was so clear to the both of us.
